2024 ELECTION

When we are looking at an election, the first thing to CONSIDER is all the players, and how will they be doing prior to the election, at the election, and at inauguration time. I often look at their spouses, too, to see if they are moving. There are different clues that let us in on whether or not someone will be “moving on up” in the world.

I am going to start with the Dems, because that will be easier, considering we are only dealing with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Let’s look at Joe first. I’m going to be honest. Before we even get to the Democratic Convention in August, Joe is going to have some problems. Joe will be looking for money before the lunar eclipse of March 25. He’ll be calling in favors and making a lot of private calls to get some commitments, which hopefully will then be coming in on April 19 when Jupiter (benefits) hits Uranus (quick) in his 6thhouse. He will have to work to get it. He may have to hold some folks’ feet to the fire to get it (Mars with Saturn putting the squeeze on iin Pisces.) I’ve said before, it’s hard to put the squeeze on water, because when you step on it, it gushes out and away, but I think he does manage. We all have the Jupiter/Uranus surprise, and we all have the Saturn squeezing Mars in our charts. How we will all fare?

Some rough things come his way in June, probably having to do with his family, and quite suddenly—when that happens, he doesn’t quite know what to do, He may lose a major partner/donation-provider or partner. July is even rougher as Mars/Uranus in Taurus oppose his Sun/Venus. Does he lose someone he loves? Mars/Uranus in any sign is rough, and we will all experience it, but in fixed Taurus, it is harder—like hitting a rock, and can affect our money or our physical selves. I am worried about Joe losing a loved one, which as we know, has happened more than once quite tragically in his life, and if this were to happen again, could he handle the election and the presidency, too? This looks very difficult. It could even be a physical attack on him. Whether it is him or a loved one who experiences this difficult situation, he survives but has to work hard to do so and will have to do so with help. Do you remember the presidents elected in 0 years theory—attempted assassination? He hasn’t been physically attacked, but this could be it—or a loved one could be. Either would be devastating for him and probably more than he could bear at this time. 

Considering Hunter as a supposed target, as I write this, it is February, and Mars is on Hunter’s ascendant, so let’s be clear—Hunter will be attacked forever. He is being attacked now, and that will continue. He is keenly aware of how his actions have hurt his father, but it’s too late to put the cat back in the bag, May and June will be especially hard with extra pressure, but clearly in mid-July, something surprising happens that he, Hunter, did not see coming. Looks like for him it’s a communication of some kind that does him in—didn’t know he was being recorded?

As we go into July, Jill Biden is especially nervous and probably will have more than a few sleepless nights.  However, she will be looking good at the convention, despite how stressed and exhausted she is. 

Unfortunately, Mercury will be retrograde in Leo during the entirety of the Democratic convention—someone did not do their homework! So Joe will not come across as leader-like. There may be some gaffs that hurt him, besides the other things going on in his life.

Progressed chart shows an Aquarian, a man of the people, who was the right person in 2020, now having trouble leading or making himself be seen as a leader. I think Joe is just too low-key for these folks that like John Wayne and Ronald Reagan types. Dems also have trouble with this, because they just come across as too nice, too weak and compassionate, with not enough grit or strength. They may be superman, as Jimmy Carter as shown himself to be, but still look how he came across as president—weak, maybe because of his Christian beliefs and his decision making?

There is nothing overwhelming to show Joe winning on election night or giving a speech on inauguration day. He looks detached from the situation.  He gives a speech but seems not “all there.” I don’t mean his mind is bad. I mean, his thoughts are on something other than the election. Mars will be retrograde in Cancer as the inauguration takes place. Mars will be on his Jupiter, which can mean a new 2 year beginning, but I think he is leaving and going back home, wherever home is. 

However, his 2024 solar return does show him still a leader, with Mars in Leo at midheaven, his Scorpio Sun in the first house and Jupiter in the 8th house in Gemini, showing money coming from multiple sources. Yet, Pluto is opposing Mars, and this seems to indicate an inability to act—whether that is from a Republican Congress or from weakness at this point is unclear.

Still, Joe’s wife is by his side, and if anything is positive, Mars being retrograde in Cancer says: “You can go home, but not yet…

Kamala has a brighter solar return in 2024. Venus is on the Ascendant, and her Sun is in the community or public area, which is therefore where her star will shine. Jupiter and the Moon conjoin in Gemini in the 7th house of partnerships, so this is a fairly auspicious beginning, indicating some measure of support for her, despite the known misogyny of the United States, historically.

This is February as I write this, and currently shows her nose to the grindstone, looking for money as they all do during an election period.

Mid-June does show something unexpected happening, and partners gathering around her for support. The unexpected brings a new opportunity for her, which will throw events into disarray—and not for a short amount of time, either.  Mid-July requires even more forceful action, as things ramp up behind the scenes, especially. Perhaps this is related to joe’s problems. 

The Democratic Convention opens, giving her an opportunity to speak and be center stage and assure the nation that everything is under control. And indeed, with Saturn in her 10th house of career, she will be holding the reins more than before. Kamala will be a powerful force at the convention, and people will be impressed.

On election day, Jupiter is still on her ascendant which is a good position, although for Joe Biden, the situation looks bittersweet. We will see if he does indeed have to give up his position during the summertime blues he will experience. Nevertheless, the election looks well fortuitous for Kamala, and astrologers have been saying this for a long time.

Kamala’s progressed chart has Jupiter at her midheaven, so again, this usually indicates a raise, and a rise. She is now a Leo rising with a Sag Sun and Cancer Moon, while her birth chart has her as a Libra with Gemini rising and an Aries Moon. She has come into the fold and has become the leader she needs to be. Leo is a lovable leader, so she may exit this whole scene with a new persona that others may not have seen before.

Inauguration day appears inconclusive, and although I can’t see a move in her husband’s chart—no rising sign—I do see that Doug gets a new job, so we’ll see what happens. Now, let’s take on the lengthier task of looking at Donald Trump.

As I write this, Trump has just been ordered to add $335 million to the already hefty total of damages he must pay to multiple sources. In addition, his hush money criminal trial is now set to begin on March 25th, the lunar eclipse, not auspicious for him,

I have said for a long time that Trump was going to lose partners and then money, and the squeeze is on. I also think that Melania is seeing which way the wind blows, and so his marriage is under fire, and not just because the Donald dissed her mother’s funeral to attend a Mar-a-Lago party. This is not what Melania signed up for, and she did not like being First Lady, as seen by the displeased faces she has often made at public events as well as the “fu**ing Chreestmas” incident on tape.

Venus/Mars/Pluto square her Sun, with Jupiter having just passed her Sun, indicating she has discussed divorce (that’s a nice word) with the Donald. Despite all her Super-Taurus stuff, her North Node is in Pisces, so maybe Melania with “get thee to a nunnery” before all is said and done. LOL. Saturn on her North Node indicates she is going to feel trapped, and she is. But she signed up for this when she married the man; methinks she miscalculated. She should have taken notice of his business failings before she tied herself to him. The red flag is waving. 

The Jupiter/Uranus in Taurus transit directly hits her Merc/Venus/Mars conjunction around mid-April. With all those planets in Aries at that time, she—and others—are going to be pretty feisty. As she sees which way the wind is blowing, she is going to get on the sailboat away from the Orange Disrupter. He has gone bankrupt before, but now he has hit the big time. Let’s be clear, Melania is going to fight like a mad cow with horns to get out of this hell hole and marry her guard. And I mean, by her birthday.

Now let’s be clear, the Donald has an unusually gifted chart. To mess this up takes a lot of ego and narcissism—and ignorance of how reality—and the law—works. You can’t avoid paying the price forever, Don. I know he doesn’t pay his bills—never has—but he won’t get away with not paying this bill.

Donald’s Sun/NorthNode/Uranus in Gemini indicate a great disrupter, and he has enjoyed that role, as have his many followers who think he is sticking it to “the swamp” when he is and always has been the Swamp Thing, himself. So he is sticking it to himself by ignoring rules and regulations and the way things work for the rest of us. Finally, at last, he will become “one of us.”

With Mars on his Leonine Ascendant, conjunct his Zeus, he has always had dictatorship in mind—or at least a kingship. George III? I said long ago that if he became president, he wouldn’t want to leave, and he has held true to form in that regard. I will be honest. I did not predict for him to win in 2016, because my personal knowledge would not let me believe that Americans could be so remiss as to elect such a grifting slacker and dolt. He is everything that most Americans DON’T like, but between mainstream media trying to give him “ a fair shot” and FOX News being his propaganda machine, I was grievously mistaken as to the intelligence of our nation. The proof of his deeds was there, but few did the homework. 

Truly, Hillary did win, and I think Russia had a lot to do with her loss—all of Donald’s protestations about dirty tricks in elections speak to me of his guilt—since he always gives himself away. He just can’t help himself. He admits to everything he does, at one point or another. I just don’t know why he wasn’t arrested sooner. The office did save him, temporarily. For anyone who disagrees with me, go do some investigation into his background—do the work you didn’t do before. He had other people take his tests, he got out of serving in the military—boy, would I have loved to see him on the battlefield! —He didn’t pay his workers. He still hasn’t paid the cities he has visited for rallies—he ripped off a charity. And these are just the nice things he’s done. We won’t even discuss the Russian stuff or the rapes…or even his broken promises and lies. WHY DON’T Y’ALL CARE? He is everything that most hard-working Americans despise. I do feel some sympathy for those, including my parents, who watched his mouthpiece of a “news” station—FOX—and got misled. The actions of FOX and its ilk are unconscionable and have almost brought this country down. One thing is certain, they will dump the Republican party and all of its cowardly, sniveling congressmen/senators right into the dustbin of history in the most shameful way. I also love (I am being snide) how Fundamentalist Christians cannot see the anti-Christ before them. Unless they want that—so we can be raptured up. Here’s news. Folks, you ain’t goin’ if you supported this turkey.

Back to astrology…now some astrologers say Donald’s chart is not conclusive, but it did show favor to him the last time, and indeed, he has been pretty slippery so far about avoiding jail, despite his many crimes. Wouldn’t that be considered favorable?

Donald’s solar return has Pluto in Aquarius in his relationship/partnership area—his partnerships are crumbling. Pluto lifts people up and then can bring them down. Saturn will be on Donald’s Midheaven—not a good place for one who wants to be president to be able to do whatever the hell he wants. Saturn is the disciplinarian. I think Donald’s new job may be jailbird. He does have Jupiter transiting his Midheaven this year. Jupiter can give you a promotion and a raise or it can get you fired so you can get a better job. If Donald wants to be a mob boss, he can be one from jail, because I do think he is going to end up there, although many disagree with me. Karma is indeed a bitch, and Kali has been far too long avoiding standing on this numb nut. Go ‘head, Kali baby. 

Saturn and Neptune at the midheaven are squaring Donald’s Sun/Merc/Venus in Gemini in his solar return chart. Not only does this muzzle him, as the judges have tried to do, but his mouth will only get him into more trouble, the more he talks. Yes, the Neptune affecting his mouth does indicate a measure of cluelessness. Donald has Mars in Taurus in his friends’ house—fighting with them. He has Uranus and Jupiter in Taurus there—money in disarray and friends scattering like seeds in the wind. Yeah, bye, Don! Saturn opposing his Moon in the solar return chart will make him depressed as he tried to think of the myriad ways (Virgo) to get out of the sticky mess in which he finds himself.

By election day, Donald’s progressed chart will have Saturn and Pluto at the Midheaven—this is GOODBYE, Donald—squaring his Moon on the Ascendant in Scorpio. You know what Scorpions do, don’t you? Sometimes they get mad and sting themselves to death. 

Whatever happens, he will continue his vengeful ways. And to think all this has happened, just because a black man made a joke about him at the Correspondents’ dinner!

With 5 planets in Libra on his Ascendant, Libra, the law, and Jupiter being the closest to the Ascendant, Donald is definitely going down, and he will be depressed and living in negativity. You know he likes revenge, right? Well, he can spend years thinking up how to get revenge while he sits in his jail cell. And he has a lot of people to get revenge against—all those who turned state’s evidence—for example.

Transiting Pluto and Venus will be opposing his progressed Saturn, and Mars will be opposing his progressed Pluto at the midheaven. Yep, he will be pissed, but he will be locked at home—or in jail. Transiting Chiron in Aries opposing his progressed Mars in Libra will find him alone in his legal battles, as everyone turns tails and tables.

They may pick him for president at the convention, but by August, with Uranus at his midheaven, and Jupiter and Mars in Gemini on his Sun/NorthNode/Uranus, he will suddenly be ousted, causing chaos. This will be a boon for the Dems and disaster for the Repubs, but he is definitely fired. And he will be angry, as all around him abandon him to save face, including Mel.

His son Barron has already been feeling the sadness and chaos at home. His life has been completely disrupted. He may have depression become an issue in the years to come. His mother, however, I think, does the smart thing. She may actually take him out of the country. He needs to get away from the insanity that his father foments. And he needs to be away from the other Trump kids who blindly support their father’s insanity. Do they see that they are going to go down with that ship? Melania sees it, and she is OUT. Which angers him even more. At least, he has Ivana’s sons…They have tried so hard to be loved by him.

You know, I have seen all I need to see. While for many months, I was on the fence, because of that Jupiter hitting the midheaven, the progressed chart and the solar return tell everything, and even on TV, we have seen Melania’s obvious discontent. Okay, y’all. You can breathe easier now.

So that leaves one more person to look at: Nikki Haley, and she is about to have a big life change, as indicated by Pluto on her Sun. She will rise –or fall—BIGLY.

Nikki Haley is a Capricorn with a Pisces Moon. Capricorns usually have tough childhoods and then come into their own later in life. Pisces are known to feel like victims, but perhaps she has overcome this, due to the Capricorn energy which is usually a “work hard and you will succeed” kind of sign. (also the sign of Scrooge.) Whether or not she had a hard time as a child is unknown. Her father was a professor from Punjab Agricultural University, and her mother was a lawyer who received her degree from the University of Delhi. They emigrated from India to Canada in 1964, and in 1969, after receiving his PhD, HER FATHER began teaching at Voorhees College, a historically black college in Denmark, SC. Nikki was subsequently born in 1972 in Bamberg, SC.

Nikki’s Venus and Moon are both in Pisces, which does usually indicate a degree of sensitivity, but make no mistake, Nikki is a fighter. With Mars and Chiron in Aries, she will fight, and although Chiron usually suggests someone initially pained by leadership, independence, and proactivity, Nikki has made major inroads in the fight for women. She claims that Hillary Clinton was the person who first inspired her to run for political office, and since then, she has become the first Indian-American and female to win the governorship of South Carolina. Nikki was also UN ambassador to the United Nations during Trump’s time in office, which is apt considering her Jupiter and Neptune both being in Sagittarius, a sign that is either very inclusive or every exclusive, and apparently, she has taken on the world view, rather than the Fundamentalist view. (Nikki, by the way, is Sikh.)  Nikki’s North Node is in Aquarius, a sign of the individual working for the group; her Saturn in Taurus and Sun in Capricorn do offer a measure of conservatism, for sure.

As we speak, Pluto is riding both her Sun and North Node, indicating huge things coming for Nikki. While Pluto can take someone out, Pluto can also bring someone in on a big wave, and Nikki is experiencing this miraculous moment. She should NOT give up her bid for the presidency, because this could be the thing that will change all our lives. Nikki is not a bad actor, like some of the other Republicans around. She has a heart, and we need that.

Nikki has just had her Chiron return, which means she should have healed any fears she may have had about being different, alone, or leading. As a child of immigrants, she probably had to develop a tough skin, despite any emotional sensitivities.

As the Republican Convention begins, she may feel depressed (Saturn on her Moon), especially as others are hitting below the belt—Mars/Uranus in Taurus on her Saturn. But she is as strong as Mother Cow. (And remember, in India, cows are holy.) She will have to fight for her life. But she lets it go. And I don’t know if any of you know, but “letting it go” is exactly the way to make a long-held dream come to fruition. This is a useful tool in manifestation. So, they may give Trump the nomination, but come August, they may take it back and offer it to Nikki. Remember, the Donald is going to have major problems. Uranus the unexpected hits her Saturn. Jupiter and Mars tag-teaming in Gemini oppose her Jupiter, and this may be the miracle she was looking for. Nikki hits the lottery!

Nikki’s solar return indicates that 2024 will change her life in the blink of an eye, and suddenly she has to look and sound presidential. Her progressed chart has Jupiter at midheaven, and her Chiron/Mercury conjunction in Aries has her sounding like a leader. Mars in challenging aspect to her Jupiter shows the fight, but Jupiter—benefits, opportunity –is the winner. Saturn trine Pluto in air signs, show her being forced to step up for the masses. 

At the election, she frankly looks gob smacked. The Sun shines on her Midheaven, and her hubby must come home from active duty. I think this is karma for her to be in this position.  But this may bother Republicans. Don’t ya just love an immigrant and a woman becoming president of the country—not really so odd, as anyone whose parents aren’t Native American are Immigrants. The Sun shines on her midheaven.

Her birthday is on the inauguration. Her loved ones are there, in awe, and feeling as if they are dreaming. Mars opposes her Pluto/Sun conjunction which activates her. Her husband’s chart shows he’s been through this before. He has to come home, and yes, MOVE. Well, what do you think? Good aspects for Kamala but life-changing aspects for Nikki. I give Nikki the edge, and the feeling that this all must be a dream, that karma has helped in her miraculous comeback.

True enough, both ladies have strong charts, but that Pluto gives Nikki the edge, so although I am a Democrat, I say Nikki is the next president, and, as they say, we live in interesting times. This should be intriguing to watch.
